I required some info and was searching on Yahoo UK for it. I visited each of the top ten pages that came up but didn’t get any relevant result… I then luckily found your diamond message board in the dirt and thought to check it out. This is what I was looking for

Doing the course, attending the self-help groups and working with Recovery In-Sight Centre has enabled me to move on in my life after struggling with bipolar disorder for many years. It has enabled me to make major life changes to improve my lifestyle and I thank Heather and all of the Recovery In-Sight trainers and other members, whose support I much appreciate.

Hi there all:-) I am so delighted to have discovered Recovery In-Sight - apart from its being the favoured group of a friend of mine, Jan Walcraft, it also appears to be based in Watford,Hertfordshire, which is the town/county of my birth and upbringing (although the roots of my parents were nowhere near Watford lol).
I hope that there will be increasing reasons for me to work with you and maybe for some of you to spend time here in North Worcestershire &/or Birmingham.
You may find my blog of interest: it is one woman’s attempt to turn ‘mental illness’ into a good career move simultaneously with the goal of transforming services and daily culture here in the UK.
