The training products offered have been researched as effective in enabling recovery, compared to people who received their usual care (see Publications).
These materials are available, in full or as bespoke Modular training, and can be used by individuals wishing to follow the materials on their own.

All the training products below can be delivered by the Recovery In-Sight team. They are also offered as bespoke Modular training. This means that you decide what products you want to receive or what topics you want the team to train you in, as and when you need these. Your Recovery starts here!
