Following suggestions from members of the Stevenage In-Sight Bipolar Self-Help group, it has been possible to arrange meetings on Saturday afternoons at the quiet and welcoming venue of The Quakers (Friends Meeting House), Cuttys Lane - now being held on the 2nd Saturday in the month, 2pm - 4pm.

The first meeting will therefore take place on Saturday 12th March, 2pm - 4pm and the second meeting on Saturday 9th April, 2pm - 4pm.

Please note: The meeting arranged for Wednesday 23rd February is now cancelled.

This makes it possible for the maximum number of members, both users and carers affected by bipolar disorder, to attend  - and for the 2nd Saturday in each month to become Recovery In-Sight Bipolar Support days, as the Watford group meets on the same 2nd Saturday at the Quakers, Church Road, Watford, 10.30am - 12.30pm.

Members attending the first Saturday meeting on 12th March in Stevenage will be offered a self-help session as well as being able to contribute their ideas for speakers during 2011.
