Our clients: our funders & supporters who make our work possible

  • Recovery In-Sight has a number of funders who have helped develop the Centre and now the social enterprise in its offices at the Old Free School. A big ‘thank you’ to all who have funded the work!

Over the years, Hertfordshire County Council has been extremely supportive with initial funding from its Workforce Development Partnership to train initial user-trainers and then the Innovation Fund which enabled these trainers to deliver the training to other users, carers and voluntary sector staff in the county.

Over 20 County Councillors from their Locality Budgets from 2009/10 until the present day.

The Allen Lane Foundation and Hertfordshire Community Foundation from its own funding, and a Grassroots Grant managed by Hertfordshire Community Foundation.

The Watford Borough Council’s Annual fund and the Watford Mayor’s Fund. A special thank you to Dorothy Thornhill, Mayor of Watford for her nomination of RISE in her 2010 Christmas Cards and resultant funds, and Richard Harrington, Watford MP for his support. Special thanks also to County Councillor Mark Watkin who has donated funds for the last 3 years.

The Stevenage Community Trust and The Jill Franklin Trust.

Many many companies, organisations and shops in the Watford area (see Auction of Promises news), with special thanks to the Walters family.

More recently, Awards for All (The Big Lottery) and the European Social Fund/Skills Funding Agency.
