Focus group data - 9 In-Sight courses 2008-11 & In-Sight Training Celebration Day 23rd June 2012
-
Dr Jan Wallcraft, Senior Researcher at RISE, has completed her detailed analysis of all pre and post focus group data of the 9 In-Sight training courses that took place between September 2008 and July 2011 in Hertfordshire. 103 people accessed the course with 84 people finishing over the last 3 years.

Useful reading for those who are considering following one of the next 2 In-Sight courses to be held in January and April 2012, and for those who have already followed the courses, to see what together trainees thought in general.Â
Please note: Recovery In-Sight Training Celebration Day - first announcement
After the 2 courses to be held next year are finished, there is to be a unique opportunity for all past In-Sight trainees to get together at the Old Free School to celebrate their learning, and personal developments and experiences since following the course. An opportunity for what will be over 100 In-Sight trainees across all the training groups to get together and catch up - for people to get to know trainees in earlier or later training groups, and to build a greater Recovery In-Sight support group going forwards.
The date: Saturday 23rd June.
Venue: Old Free School, Watford.
Refreshments and lunch provided.
Please put this date in your diary for all those who have, and will have, completed the course.
Past and current funders are also invited so that people will be able to give their views on their experiences. For some of you, this might mean several years later. For others, just several months later. Drs Straughan and Wallcraft will also be collecting people experiences to inform a follow up article on people’s personal developments and progress since following an In-Sight course.
